Kitchen/diner: finished to remain in keeping with the traditional finish of the property offering cooker and extractor hood fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: modest enclosed garden reached via the dining room offering garden furniture and gas BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and further roadside parking available. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: gated children s play area just opposite the property offering football area and play equipment. Beach 35 miles shop and pubs within walking distance.
